Here is a quick post and a video for you this weekend on getting links from squidoo. There is a numerous amount of ways to do this and I mention several of them. Please make sure to bookmark squidoo pages that you can get links on so you can go back and add links for new sites.
Ok this is short and thats about all. I will have some solid video tomorrow.

Hey Justin, great vid! Vic is always talking about squidoo lens’s too. How many should you set up? Like 200? And I was also wondering if you bother to take the time to build links for all of these squidoo pages.
I have noticed that suidoo ranks pretty highly. Sometimes I’ve even seen some of my blog posts on squidoo pages in the number one position…and I don’t even know anything about squidoo.
I’m getting the feeling though that’s it’s not to be under estimated.
Chris, don’t underestimate it at all. I make a few lenses for almost every website I build. Yes squidoo does rank well in Google, and the pages can get indexed in squidoo fast. Also you can even use book marking demon to get links to your squidoo pages as well. I am going to spend some time showing you folks the potential of squidoo, by getting ranked high for a particular keyword with a squidoo lens later on.
Yes you sure can. How do you think some of those profiles get to be PR5 and I have even seen a PR7 profile. Its because all the lenses link back to it and all the comments as well.
One thing I’m curious about though, from what I can tell with both Squidoo and Hubpages both, is the page anchored links are nofollow–so are they still passing the juice to your other pages?
Thanks for the tips.
Also, how do you feel about getting links on stumbleupon now that they’re dofollow (their grid layout just added this).
As far as squidoo, no they are follow links. just take a look at any lensmaster page that has a link on it. Also, the links within lenses are follow as well.
As far as stumbleupon, Vic and I were talking about that the other day. We will have to see how that plays out. I don’t think this will last long, but who knows.
I’ve been using Squidoo lens a lot lately too. My pattern has been to put 3-5 deep linked text blocks up top and a poll block and a feed block at the bottom. I’m also working them into my site updating plans as well so that I can keep the content fresh.
I treat the text blocks a lot like Blogging Zoom submissions, essentially short brief of a niche blog article.
One tip for those with blogs. My main blog (for industry authority not $$) in The Bookshop Blog, all about bookselling. What I do is go to all the Lenses I can find on Book selling and ask if they would consider adding my Feed to their lens. A few have and I get targeted traffic coming to my site from them.
Now to add some Bans promo Lenses to the fray. Looks like I’ll have another busy day!
Thanks for the Lensmaster page info, never looked into that part.
So how many squidoo lens should a person set up per ban site or blog and how many anchor links… does anyone have a lens I can look at to see what you are doing with these pages to actually get some juice to your pages… I need to look at something to learn.. thanks
Try to set up one per keyword you are trying to attain. try to go get about 10-20 do follow links. Submit to article directories and link directories. And set up blogger blogs as well. I link the squidoo pages to my blogger blogs to help them get and stay indexed sometimes.

Great info, I actually didnt know that commenting can get you more links to author page. Again, awesome piece of information.
Great info Justin thanks!

Frank, you are right, it is not that time consuming to put up a squidoo lens.
Great tip! Feel free to share this on our forum as well: http://www.squidu.com/forum
